Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 6 wraps
- 400 g chicken strips
- ½ head of lettuce, variety of your choice
- 25 small cherry tomatoes
- 1 bunch of spring onions
- 100 g cream cheese
- salt and pepper
- garlic powder
- e.g. milk
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes
First, sear the chicken strips and season. Heat the wraps in the oven at 200°C (top/bottom heat) for one minute. Then, wash the lettuce and separate it into individual leaves, halve the tomatoes, and finely chop the spring onions. Mix the cream cheese with the spices and milk until it forms a spreadable mixture. Then spread the fish and cheese mixture over the wrap and add the remaining ingredients. Finally, roll up the wraps.
