Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 100 g smoked char fillet(s)
- 1 shallot(s)
- 75 g mascarpone
- 100 g cream cheese, natural
- 1 tbsp cream
- 2 tsp dill, freshly chopped
- e.g. salt and pepper

Peel the shallot and dice very finely. Shred the skinless fish fillet with a fork. Mix the shallots and fish with the mascarpone, cream cheese, and cream. Add the dill and season with salt and pepper. Using two tablespoons, form dumplings and arrange two on each plate for each person.
