Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 package of wheat tortilla(s), approx. 360 g
  • 150 g Greek yogurt
  • 50 g garlic sauce
  • 1 small head of iceberg lettuce
  • Carrot(s), approx. 400 g
  • 200 g feta cheese
  • n. B. Salt and pepper, freshly grated

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 30 minutes

vegetarian, finger food for the buffet

Mix the yogurt and garlic sauce well. Clean and coarsely grate the carrots. Cut the iceberg lettuce into fine strips. It’s best not to chop it all at once, but rather to crumble the feta cheese. Lightly moisten each wrap with your hands and heat in the microwave according to the package instructions. Spread the sauce thinly on the wrap, top with the iceberg lettuce, carrots, and feta cheese, and season with pepper and a little salt to taste. Be careful with the salt; the feta cheese is quite salty. Wrap the wrap tightly. Place the wraps on a plate, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate for 1-2 hours. Then cut the wraps into slices about a finger thick, securing each one with a toothpick. This quantity is for one party buffet.
