Wraps with minced meat, parsnip and mushroom filling

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 onion(s)
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 300 g minced meat, mixed
  • 3 parsnips
  • 2 tsp sambal oelek
  • salt and pepper
  • nutmeg
  • 300 g mushrooms
  • 1 tomato(s)
  • some butter for the mold
  • 4 wraps
  • n. B. Cheese for topping

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour

Chop the onion and garlic and fry in a pan. Add the minced meat and fry. Chop the parsnips, add them, and season with sambal oelek, salt, pepper, and nutmeg. Slice the mushrooms, dice the tomatoes, and add both. Sauté everything over medium heat with the lid closed until the parsnips are soft. Grease a baking dish with butter. Fill the wraps with the minced meat and vegetable mixture, place them in the baking dish, and sprinkle with cheese. Bake the wraps in a preheated oven at 200°C (top/bottom heat) for 15 minutes.
