Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 4 wraps
- 200 g chicken breast or turkey breast
- 1 pot of natural yogurt, 3.5% fat
- 1 chili pepper(s)
- 1 tomato(s)
- ½ small head of iceberg lettuce
- 1 onion(s)
- 2 sweet bell peppers
- salt and pepper
- garlic powder
- chili powder
- 1 tbsp sunflower oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour
Cut the chicken breast into small strips and marinate with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and sunflower oil. Let it marinate for about 30 minutes. In the meantime, cut the iceberg lettuce into strips, finely chop the chili, slice the tomatoes and sweet peppers, and thinly slice the onion. Season the natural yogurt with salt, pepper, chili powder, and garlic powder. Sear the chicken breast over high heat and set aside. Lightly moisten the wraps with water and heat in the pan for about 2 minutes on each side. Spread 1 tablespoon of yogurt on the wrap, top with the vegetables and chicken breast. Drizzle with yogurt again and fold it shut.
