Plaice fillet with onion, chili and garlic tossed in butter

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 fish fillets (plaice fillets)
  • butter
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • ½ chili pepper(s)
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Preheat the oven to 180°C (top and bottom heat). Briefly fry the plaice fillets in butter on both sides, remove from the pan, and place in a baking dish. Season the fillets with salt and pepper. Sauté the roughly chopped onion, garlic, and finely chopped chili pepper in the butter and sprinkle over the plaice fillets. Bake the fillets in the preheated oven at 180°C for approximately 15-20 minutes. Serve with a fresh salad and fried potatoes.
