Spread the love

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 1 onion(s)
  • 2 chili peppers, dried
  • 3 tomatoes
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 400 g beef goulash
  • 400 g chicken
  • 2 cups crème fraîche with herbs
  • 1 bag of salad (salad mix)
  • salt and pepper
  • olive oil
  • Caraway seeds
  • Basil, fresh or frozen
  • 1 pack of wrap(s)

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 20 minutes

Squeeze the lemon. Finely chop the chili and add it to the lemon juice. Cut the beef into smaller pieces and place it in the lemon juice. The meat should marinate for 1-2 hours. For the salsa, chop the tomatoes and onion. Add olive oil, salt, pepper, a little caraway, and plenty of basil. Also chop the chicken. Sauté the goulash in the lemon juice. Then add the chicken to the juice and continue to sauté until the meat is cooked. Heat the wrap as directed on the package. I usually use the microwave for this. Now cover the wrap with meat, salsa, some lettuce, and crème fraîche.
