Ingredients for 1 servings:
- ½ ring/s liver sausage
- 6 eggs
- salt and pepper
- 1 shot of milk, optional
- some butter
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Melt some butter in a pan and stir in the liverwurst, frying gently while stirring. Then add the eggs (you can add a splash of milk to the mixture before the eggs set; this makes everything lighter and airier), season with salt and pepper, stir again, and you’re done. Serve with bread.
