  • 1 bunch of radishes, washed and cleaned
  • olive oil
  • ½ lemon(s), the juice
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Grate or slice the radishes, including the red skin, season with salt and pepper, then drizzle with oil and the juice of half a lemon. Mix well. Let everything sit for a while and enjoy as a savory side dish.
