  1. First we need a clean plastic bowl again and put 1000 grams of ground beef into it. In a clean plastic measuring cup we whisk two eggs with rose paprika powder, garlic granules, pepper and salt and pour this mixture into the bowl. Then there is breadcrumbs, fresh, cut and washed leek, and paprika. We now put a saucepan with water on the stove and let it boil on a high flame until it bubbles and then, with a tablespoon, put the eight individual chicken eggs in it, which we previously pierced with an egg cutter. We turn the flame down and let the eggs boil for about 8 minutes, get them out of the pot individually with a tablespoon and then frighten the eggs under cold water. Now all we have to do is remove the shell from the eggs.
  2. Now we have to wash our hands and dry them with a clean terry towel in order to start kneading the hack. Now the mixture can be placed in a springform pan lined with baking paper and greased with butter on the side and inside. Sprinkle one layer of mince and then the eggs on top, then the second layer of mince and the grated Gouda on top. Now the springform pan can be placed on the grid in the oven and then baked at 180 ° Celsius for about 45 minutes. You can use the bowl in which you prepared the mince for the salad after thorough cleaning. First put in sugar, salt, pepper and garlic granules, some vinegar and some oil. Now we can add the fresh lettuce, the cucumber and the tomatoes and mix everything together. We take a plate and first put some mixed salad on the plate, on top, a piece of the wrong rabbit.
