Wrong Rice
The perfect wrong rice recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 0,5 Cauliflower fresh, approx. 350 gr.
- 50 ml Water
- 0,5 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Butter
- Clean the cauliflower and cut into small florets. In portions – not too much at once – chop up to the size of a grain of rice in a food processor. Be careful not to let the cauliflower get too fine.
- Bring the water to the boil, add salt and add the chopped cauliflower, simmer over medium heat for approx. 10-12 minutes, drain and allow to evaporate a little, then stir in the butter and serve.
