Wrong Rice

The perfect wrong rice recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 0,5 Cauliflower fresh, approx. 350 gr.
  • 50 ml Water
  • 0,5 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Butter
  1. Clean the cauliflower and cut into small florets. In portions – not too much at once – chop up to the size of a grain of rice in a food processor. Be careful not to let the cauliflower get too fine.
  2. Bring the water to the boil, add salt and add the chopped cauliflower, simmer over medium heat for approx. 10-12 minutes, drain and allow to evaporate a little, then stir in the butter and serve.
  3. My husband and I were enthusiastic about this “rice”, it will definitely be there again
