Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 125 g spelt flour type 630
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 75 g soy yogurt (yogurt alternative), natural
  • 25 g half-fat margarine, vegan
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 handful of herbs, chopped
  • Sea salt, coarse

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Wash, dry, and chop the herbs. Alternatively, you can also use freeze-dried herbs. Quickly knead all ingredients. Line a baking sheet with baking paper, form the dough into about 12 small balls, flatten them, and place them on the baking sheet. Sprinkle with coarse sea salt and bake at 180°C (fan oven) until lightly browned. Mine took about 20-25 minutes.
