Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 500 g sweet potatoes
- 1 clove(s) garlic
- 2 tbsp thyme
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pinch of chili
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions

Peel the sweet potatoes, halve them lengthwise, and cut them into thick fries. Then let them soak in a bowl of water for at least 30 minutes. Finely chop the garlic clove and mix with the oil and thyme. Line the air fryer or a baking dish with paper. Place the fries on the paper and brush with the garlic oil using a silicone brush. Cook the sweet potato fries in the air fryer at 180°C for 10 minutes until soft. Then return the fries to the air fryer for another 6-8 minutes at 180°C. Remove the sweet potato fries and sprinkle with salt and chili to taste.
