- 1 slice(s) bacon
- 1 mushroom
- ½ small onion(s), red
- 1 small tomato(s)
- 1 portion of pizza dough (e.g. 1/4 of the pizza dough recipe from the info box)
- 4 tbsp tomato sauce
- 55 g mozzarella, grated
- 8 slice(s) salami , (small slices)
- 1 piece(s) bell pepper(s)
- ½ ball of mozzarella
- 2 tsp basil pesto
- n. B. Spice mix, Italian
- 3 basil leaves
- e.g. Parmesan

Salami pizza à la Yasilicious
Cut the bacon into small pieces and the mushrooms into slices. Halve the onion and thinly slice one half. Slice the tomato as well. Roll out the pizza dough thinly on a floured surface, spread the tomato sauce on it and sprinkle the grated mozzarella over it. Spread the salami on top of the mozzarella. Cut about 1/6 of the bell pepper into strips (Note: Not visible in the video) and arrange it on the pizza along with the onion and the mozzarella, which was previously sliced (Note: Not visible in the video). Spread a little pesto on each mozzarella slice, spread it lightly with the tomato slices and then add the tomatoes. Top the pizza with the mushrooms and bacon. Bake the pizza on a preheated pizza stone for 6 to 7 minutes at 275°C (fan oven) until the dough is crispy and the cheese is melted. If desired, grate some Parmesan cheese over the hot pizza and add some Italian seasoning, chop the basil leaves and spread them on top.
