Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 300 g spelt flour
- 200 g oat flakes
- 200 g almond(s), ground
- 250 g margarine or butter
- 150 g white chocolate, grated
- 150 g dark chocolate, grated
- 150 g sugar, brown
- 3 eggs
- 1 bag of cream of tartar baking powder
- 2 bags of vanilla sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 25 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
Knead all ingredients. Spoon into small heaps on a baking sheet. Be careful! They will spread, so leave some space between them. Bake at 170 degrees Celsius for about 12-15 minutes. The spelt flour can be substituted for other flour, and regular baking powder can also be used.
