Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tsp Ajvar, medium hot
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 large garlic clove(s), squeezed
  • 1 small shallot(s), finely diced
  • 1 tbsp herbs (salad herbs), dried or fresh

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Prepare everything and mix together. You can also use fresh herbs if you like. This delicious dressing goes well with almost any salad.
