Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 550 g wheat flour
  • 200 g butter
  • 200 g milk
  • 4 eggs
  • 150 g sugar
  • 1 packet of dry yeast
  • 50 g nuts, ground
  • 5 g salt
  • 5 tbsp raisins
  • some milk
  • 6 tbsp sugar
  • 1 pack of vanilla sugar, bourbon
  • possibly powdered sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 45 minutes

Russian cuisine

Beat eggs, butter, milk, and sugar until fluffy. Combine flour with salt, nuts, and dried yeast and add to the butter mixture. Knead into a smooth dough. Knead in raisins. Let rest for about 1 hour. Mix sugar with bourbon vanilla. Divide dough and roll out on a floured surface. Cut out cookies in any shape you like, brush with milk, and sprinkle with the sugar/vanilla mixture. Bake at 180°C for about 20-25 minutes. If you don’t like vanilla, you can use powdered sugar.
