Wash and chop the vegetables. Cut the sausages into small cubes. Put everything in a bowl, this should have a lid. Beat the eggs separately, then add to the bowl. Sprinkle the flour over it, rub salt and nutmeg over it and add the milk, now everything is mixed, close with the lid and shake vigorously.
Now place this mixture on a baking sheet, halve the tomatoes and spread on top. Now put the tray in the oven and bake it at 180 degrees for about 30 - 35 minutes, then put it on a plate and just enjoy 🙂
You can vary the ingredients and the spices as well and so a new variant always comes out 🙂
