Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 2 bell peppers, red and yellow, diced
- 150 g salami, diced
- 200 g cheese, grated
- 1 small can of mushrooms
- 250 ml milk
- 3 eggs
- 180 g flour
- 1 pack of herbs (frozen)
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Combine the finely chopped bell peppers, salami, cheese, and drained mushrooms. Whisk the milk and eggs, add the flour and herbs, and mix well. Pour the batter into a silicone mold and bake at 180 degrees Celsius (top/bottom heat) for 20 minutes.
