Yeast dough, very airy

Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 500 g flour
  • 75 g yeast (it really has to be that much)
  • 250 ml milk
  • 100 g butter
  • 80 g sugar
  • 1 egg(s) (beaten)

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 20 minutes

Heat the milk and butter (until the butter is nice and soft). Combine the flour, sugar, egg, and crumbled yeast in a bowl. Pour the milk and butter mixture over the dough and mix everything well. I do this in my food processor. Let it rise well (about 20 minutes, covered, in a warm place, such as on the radiator), then knead thoroughly. Roll out the dough onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper and let it rise again. Then proceed according to the recipe.
