Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 400 g flour
- 1 cube of yeast
- 50 g sugar
- 1 egg(s)
- 50 g butter, soft
- 150 ml milk, lukewarm
- 200 ml milk , for the cinnamon milk and
- 1 tbsp vanilla sugar
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp cinnamon
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Preparation in the microwave
Make a yeast dough from the above ingredients (mix flour and sugar. Add egg, fat, and sugar. Mix everything until smooth) and let it rise for about 30 minutes. Then knead again. Form a log and divide into 6 equal pieces. Shape each piece into a dumpling and place in a heatproof/microwave-safe dish (I use a Jena glass dish). Mix all the ingredients for the cinnamon milk and pour into the dumplings. Close the dish and cook at 600W for 6 minutes. Serve with the compote.
