Tuna – tomato sauce

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 can of tuna
  • 500 g tomatoes, pureed
  • 1 g onion(s)
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 2 tsp tomato paste
  • salt and pepper
  • Wine, red
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Oregano and paprika powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Dice the onions. Heat the olive oil, sauté the onions, press the garlic through a press, and add it to the onions. Drain the tuna and add it, then add the passata. Season everything with salt, pepper, paprika, and plenty of oregano, and finish with red wine. It goes well with pasta.
