- 125 g butter
- 125 g sugar
- 80 g almonds
- 1 tsp, smothered cinnamon
- some bitter almond flavor (bitter almond oil)

- 250 g flour
- 3 tsp, leveled baking powder
- 2 jars of gooseberries, drained weight 360 g each
- 30 g butter
- 200 g sugar
- 1 egg(s)
- 80 g almonds
- 100 g oat flakes
- 1 tsp, leveled baking powder
- powdered sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 30 minutes
Make a dough from the dough ingredients. Grease the cake pan thoroughly. Pour the dough into the pan and press down a 3-4 cm high edge. Spread the drained gooseberries over the dough. Make the crumble from the remaining ingredients and spread it over the gooseberries. Bake in the oven at 175 degrees Celsius for 1 hour. Sprinkle the cooled cake with powdered sugar.
