Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 350 g nectarine(s), pitted
- 150 g kiwi(s), yellow, peeled (about 3 pcs.)
- 100 g lemon(s), filleted and weighed
- 300 g gelling sugar (2:1)

Jam made from nectarine, yellow kiwi, and lemon segments. Makes 3 small jars
Finely puree the nectarines with their peels. Roughly chop the lemon segments and finely slice the kiwis (depending on how large you want the pieces in the jam). Combine everything with the preserving sugar in a large saucepan and bring to a boil for four minutes, stirring continuously. Immediately pour the hot jam into jam jars, seal, and turn upside down for five minutes. Then turn upside down and let cool.
