Yellow pasta salad

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 500 g pasta (horn pasta)
  • 1 bell pepper(s), yellow, diced
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 onion(s), finely chopped
  • 1 jar Miracle Whip yogurt
  • 150 g cheese (young Gouda), diced
  • 1 can of corn

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente and drain. Hard-boil the eggs. Meanwhile, finely chop the onion. Dice the bell pepper and cheese. Add everything to the salad bowl along with the corn (and the water from the can). Add the pasta. Stir in the jar of Miracle Whip. Finally, carefully stir in the eggs. Let the salad marinate in a cool place for a few hours.
