Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

inexpensive, fast, tasty

Dice the bacon and onions and fry in a pan until browned. Peel, dice, and wash the potatoes and add them. Add the peas, garlic, oregano, bay leaves, pepper and 1 1/2 teaspoons of salt. Half fill a can with water and add it. Simmer for about 15 minutes until the potatoes are tender. Slice the sausages, add them to the soup and heat briefly. Season with pepper, salt and Maggi. Tastes even better reheated the next day. Add a little water if necessary, as the soup thickens over time. Tip: If the soup is too thin, brown 1-2 tablespoons of flour in a little oil in a pan and add it while the soup is boiling.
