Bolognese pasta casserole

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 400 g pasta (e.g. spirelli, gemelli or tubes)
  • 1 onion(s), chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, squeezed
  • 1 chili pepper(s), finely chopped
  • 250 g minced meat, mixed
  • 150 g tartar
  • 1 can/n tomatoes (pizza)
  • ½ pack of tomatoes, pureed
  • ½ tube(s) tomato paste
  • 1 tsp, heaped sugar
  • Salt and pepper, from the mill
  • 2 tbsp Italian herbs
  • 30 g Parmesan, coarsely grated
  • 50 g cheese (Gouda), grated

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

First, cook the pasta in plenty of salted water for 5 minutes, drain, and set aside. Heat olive oil in a pan, sauté the onion and garlic, then add the minced meat, chili, and tartar sauce and fry thoroughly. After a few minutes, add the tomato paste and fry. Add the pizza tomatoes and the passata. Season generously with salt, herbs, sugar, and pepper. Mix the pasta with the Bolognese sauce and place in a baking dish. Sprinkle with grated cheese and bake for about 20 minutes in an oven preheated to 200°C, until the cheese has browned. We serve this with a crisp, colorful salad with yogurt dressing.
