Yellow pepper dip with curry

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 bell pepper(s), yellow
  • 1 m.-sized onion(s)
  • 1 point cream cheese
  • 3 tsp, heaped curry powder, Madras curry or other good curry powder
  • some salt and pepper
  • possibly breadcrumbs

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Clean the bell pepper, cut it into eighths, and place it in the Quickchef with the cutting attachment. Add the onion and finely chop everything. Stir in the cream cheese until smooth and season with curry, salt, and pepper. If the dip is too runny, stir in some breadcrumbs – this not only thickens the dip, but also makes it nice and fluffy.
