Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 800 g beans, green broad
- 500 g veal goulash
- 1 ½ onions
- 1 large tomato(s)
- olive oil
- salt and pepper
- Paprika powder
- 1 liter vegetable broth
- 1 tbsp tomato paste
- n. B. Sauce thickener

Remove the ends from the green beans and cut them into bite-sized pieces. Place them in a sieve and wash. Finely dice the onions. Cut the tomatoes into small pieces. Heat the oil in a large pot and sauté the diced onions until translucent. Then add the meat and fry until the liquid has evaporated. Add the beans and vegetable stock. Add the tomato paste and spices, cover, and simmer for about 1-1.5 hours. Stir occasionally. If you want more sauce, add vegetable stock with tomato paste as needed. If the sauce is too thin, thicken it with a little sauce thickener.
