Yoghurt Lemon Dressing
The perfect yoghurt lemon dressing recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1 Becher-200 ml
- 2 a cup Yogurt
- 1 tsp Mustard
- 3 tsp Sugar
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 2 tbsp Lemon juice
- 3 tbsp Mayonnaise, tartar sauce or salad cream
- 2 tbsp Salad herbs, I don’t use the ones from the glass to top it off
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Put the yogurt in a bowl. Now add the mustard, lemon juice, oil, sugar, mayonnaise and the salad herbs and stir well. Season with salt, pepper and, if necessary, with sugar and chill until served.
- Goes well with all leaf salads or mixed salads.
- If necessary, add some water or milk.
- Instead of lemon juice, you can also use vinegar. But find it more refreshing with lemon juice.
