Yoghurt Lemon Dressing

The perfect yoghurt lemon dressing recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 Becher-200 ml
  • 2 a cup Yogurt
  • 1 tsp Mustard
  • 3 tsp Sugar
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • 2 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 3 tbsp Mayonnaise, tartar sauce or salad cream
  • 2 tbsp Salad herbs, I don’t use the ones from the glass to top it off
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  1. Put the yogurt in a bowl. Now add the mustard, lemon juice, oil, sugar, mayonnaise and the salad herbs and stir well. Season with salt, pepper and, if necessary, with sugar and chill until served.
  2. Goes well with all leaf salads or mixed salads.
  3. If necessary, add some water or milk.
  4. Instead of lemon juice, you can also use vinegar. But find it more refreshing with lemon juice.
