Snacks in Between: Spring Tarte Flambée Snails

- 1 Flammkuchenteig
- Homemade or bought ready-made
- 4 piece Fresh asparagus
- 1 bunch Spring onions fresh
- 0,25 bunch Fresh smooth parsley
- 75 g Ham cubes
- 200 g Sour cream

- Peel the spaghetti and remove the ends. Put water in a saucepan, add a little sugar, a little salt and a little lemon juice and bring to the boil. Put the asparagus in there and cook for about 5 minutes.
- Clean the spring onions and cut into slices. Wash the parsley, toss dry and cut into small pieces. Put both together with the ham cubes in a bowl.
- Add sour cream and stir everything thoroughly, season with herbal salt.
- Roll out the tarte flambée batter. Spread the mixture on about half (lengthways), leaving an edge. Place the asparagus on top in 2 rows.
- Now roll the whole thing up. Cut about 1.5-2cm thick slices from the roll. Place these on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
