Yogurette – Muffins

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 175 g fat, soft
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 150 g brown cane sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 330 g flour
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 5 tbsp milk
  • 200 g strawberries (also works frozen)
  • 50 g chocolate (Yogurette)
  • Chocolate, melted
  • Chocolate, (Yogurette)

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

A basic recipe for everything – this is just one possibility

Whisk the butter with salt, vanilla sugar, and brown sugar until fluffy. Gradually add the eggs. Mix the flour with the baking powder and stir into the batter alternately with the milk. Then fold in the chopped fruit and chopped chocolate. Pour the batter into a greased or lined muffin tin and bake at 200°C (175°C fan-assisted) for 25 minutes. The cooled muffins can be spread with melted chocolate and decorated with Yogurette pieces. This basic batter recipe allows for any combination of special ingredients (here, strawberries and chocolate), as long as they are 250g. Adding spices like cinnamon or cocoa powder can also enhance the little cakes.
