- 60 g salt
- 20 g mustard seeds, yellow
- 5 g peppercorns, colored
- 15 g citric acid
- 20 g herbs (salad herbs), dried

Place the completely dry ingredients in a blender, or if you have one, a Thermomix, and pulverize for about 15 seconds. Store in a screw-top jar. To make the salad dressing, you have a choice of ingredients: Stir some of the mixture into sour cream, cream, yogurt, or vinegar and oil.
