Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 60 g salt
  • 20 g mustard seeds, yellow
  • 5 g peppercorns, colored
  • 15 g citric acid
  • 20 g herbs (salad herbs), dried

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Place the completely dry ingredients in a blender, or if you have one, a Thermomix, and pulverize for about 15 seconds. Store in a screw-top jar. To make the salad dressing, you have a choice of ingredients: Stir some of the mixture into sour cream, cream, yogurt, or vinegar and oil.
