Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 300 g low-fat yogurt
- 2 dashes liquid sweetener
- 4 tbsp wheat bran
- 2 apples
- Cinnamon
- Mint leaves
Instructions

First, mix the yogurt with the sweetener until smooth. Wash the apples, finely grate them with the peel, and then stir them into the yogurt along with the wheat bran. Season to taste with a pinch of cinnamon, if desired, and pour into a small bowl, garnishing with the mint leaves. Using wheat germ increases the protein and carbohydrate content by 2 g each. Tip: If you suffer from constipation, ensure your diet contains a high fiber content. Raw fruits and vegetables are particularly recommended.
