Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 2 cups of natural yogurt (150 g each)
- 2 tbsp parsley, dried or 1 bunch fresh
- 1 spring onion(s)
- 1 tsp cumin, ground
- 1 tsp ajvar
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 dashes lemon juice
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Mix all ingredients with the yogurt and finally season with salt and pepper. It’s perfect for dipping bread, raw vegetables, potatoes, and grilling. And, of course, for anything else you like to eat and dip.
