Yogurt and Cucumber Soup with Ouzo

- 1 Cucumber
- 1 Zucchini
- 2 Stems Dill
- 5 Stems Lemon balm
- 500 g Kefir
- 250 ml Milk
- 500 g Greek yogurt
- 3 tbsp Ouzo
- Salt pepper
- 100 g Sheep cheese
- Peel the cucumber and zucchini and grate finely. Chop the dill and lemon balm. Put the kefir, milk, yogurt, cucumber, zucchini and ouzo in a bowl and puree finely with a mixer, season with salt and pepper.
- Chill until ready to serve.
- Arrange the soup with lemon balm on plates or in glasses, sprinkle with crumbled feta and chopped herbs and serve.
- Olive bread and / or chicken sate tastes good with it.
