Yogurt-banana dressing for leaf salad

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 handfuls of lettuce of your choice
  • ½ banana(s)
  • 60 g natural yogurt
  • 1 tbsp oil, tasteless
  • 1 tbsp vinegar, mild
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 50 ml milk, approx.
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Wash the lettuce and shred it if necessary. Mix the mashed banana with the dressing ingredients and season to taste. The dressing should be thin enough to coat the lettuce. Serve the lettuce with the dressing.
