Yogurt – banana – ice cream

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 cup of natural yogurt
  • ½ cup cream
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 2 bananas

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Mix the natural yogurt with the cream and honey. Puree the bananas and mix in. Mix everything well and then place it in the freezer. Caution: Stir regularly (about once an hour) until the ice cream is firm enough, otherwise ice crystals will form and the ice cream will become rock-hard.
