Yogurt Biscuits
The perfect yogurt biscuits recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 3 Eggs
- 1 pinch Salt
- 100 g Sugar
- 0,25 tsp Baking powder
- 125 ml Oil
- 1 packet Vanilla sugar / vanilla sugar
- 3 tbsp Yogurt
- Flour as needed
- For painting :
- 1 Egg
- To sprinkle:
- Sugar
- Colorful sugar sprinkles
- Granulated sugar
- Ect
- Mix the eggs with sugar, vanilla sugar / vanilla sugar, salt, oil, yogurt and baking powder. Gradually knead in the flour until the dough is no longer sticky.
- Shape the dough into a ball and wrap it in cling film and let it rest in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 180ºC (fan oven 160ºC) and line 2 baking trays with baking paper.
- Divide the dough into 3 parts and roll out about 0.5 cm thick on a work surface dusted with flour and cut out with a cookie cutter of your choice.
- Then distribute on the baking sheets, brush with the beaten egg and, if desired, with sugar, sugar sprinkles, etc. Sprinkle on top and bake until golden brown for 20-30 minutes.
- Let cool and store in an airtight container.
