Yogurt Biscuits

The perfect yogurt biscuits recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 3 Eggs
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 100 g Sugar
  • 0,25 tsp Baking powder
  • 125 ml Oil
  • 1 packet Vanilla sugar / vanilla sugar
  • 3 tbsp Yogurt
  • Flour as needed
  • For painting :
  • 1 Egg
  • To sprinkle:
  • Sugar
  • Colorful sugar sprinkles
  • Granulated sugar
  • Ect
  1. Mix the eggs with sugar, vanilla sugar / vanilla sugar, salt, oil, yogurt and baking powder. Gradually knead in the flour until the dough is no longer sticky.
  2. Shape the dough into a ball and wrap it in cling film and let it rest in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat the oven to 180ºC (fan oven 160ºC) and line 2 baking trays with baking paper.
  4. Divide the dough into 3 parts and roll out about 0.5 cm thick on a work surface dusted with flour and cut out with a cookie cutter of your choice.
  5. Then distribute on the baking sheets, brush with the beaten egg and, if desired, with sugar, sugar sprinkles, etc. Sprinkle on top and bake until golden brown for 20-30 minutes.
  6. Let cool and store in an airtight container.
