Ingredients for 8 servings:

  • 1 kg natural yogurt
  • 120 g sugar
  • 2 packets of vanilla sugar
  • 800 g whipped cream
  • 500 g berries or other fruit of your choice
  • 30 g white chocolate
  • n. B. Sugar, for sprinkling

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 12 hours; Total time approx. 12 hours 20 minutes

quick and delicious dessert

Combine the yogurt, sugar, and vanilla sugar in a bowl and mix. Whisk the cream until stiff peaks form and fold into the yogurt mixture. Line a sieve with a tea towel and place it over a larger bowl. Pour the mixture into the sieve and refrigerate overnight. Before serving, turn the mixture out onto a plate and top with fruit—sweeten lightly with sugar if desired. Finally, grate the white chocolate and sprinkle over the mixture. You can also use desiccated coconut instead of chocolate—depending on your preference. Thawed frozen berries taste particularly good with this.
