Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g flour (wheat flour type 550)
  • 250 g flour (whole wheat flour)
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 2 tsp spice mix (bread spice)
  • 50 g mixed seeds (pumpkin, sunflower, linseed, sesame)
  • 125 g natural yogurt
  • 1 packet of yeast (dry yeast)
  • 380 ml water, lukewarm
  • 2 tbsp oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

for the bread maker

Add water, salt, oil, and yogurt to the baking pan and stir briefly. Sprinkle with flour, yeast, bread spice, and seeds, and bake using the whole-grain program.
