Yogurt breakfast drink

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 3 tbsp low-fat yogurt
  • 1 cup of coffee
  • ½ tbsp honey, if you like it sweeter, more
  • cup of milk
  • 1 pinch of cinnamon

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Add honey to the coffee and stir. Then chill in the refrigerator. Whisk the yogurt and milk until frothy. Then pour both into a large glass and mix. Tip: Chill the coffee the day before!
