Yogurt-buttermilk dressing

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 150 g yogurt
  • 125 ml buttermilk
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 pinch of pepper
  • 1 tsp herbs, chopped
  • 1 tsp honey
  • some Maggi
  • 1 clove(s) garlic

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Combine yogurt, buttermilk, lemon juice, salt, pepper, honey, Maggi, and herbs in a jug. Add the garlic. Cover the jug and shake well. Drizzle 3-4 tablespoons of the dressing over the salad for each serving. Tip: You can also double the batch and store it in the refrigerator. It will keep for about 3-4 days.
