Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 3 egg yolks
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 pot of natural yogurt, approx. 150 g
- 1 cup of oil
- 3 cups flour
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 3 egg whites
- Butter for the mold
- Breadcrumbs for the mold, or flour
- 3 tbsp powdered sugar for sprinkling

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 20 minutes
The measure for this cake is a 150g yogurt pot. Preheat the oven to 175°C (top/bottom heat). Grease a tube baking dish with butter and sprinkle with breadcrumbs or flour. Beat the egg yolks and sugar until frothy. Stir in the yogurt and oil. Mix the baking powder with the flour and sift finely, then add and stir in. Beat the egg whites until stiff and fold in with a wooden spoon. Pour the batter into the dish and bake at 175°C (350°F) for 60 minutes. After baking and cooling, turn out the dish and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
