Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 cake base, bought ready-made
  • 3 cups sour cream
  • 2 packs Dr. Oetker paradise cream (vanilla)
  • 3 tbsp milk
  • 3 can/n mandarin oranges, drained
  • 2 cups whipped cream
  • 2 packs of cream stiffener
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 bar of chocolate, yogurt (well chilled)

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

without baking

Mix the sour cream, paradise cream, and milk together and pour onto the cake base. Arrange the drained mandarins on top. Next, whip the cream with the sugar and cream stiffener and spread it over the mandarins in a dome shape. Cut the chilled yogurt into small pieces with a large knife and spread it on the cake with a teaspoon. Cut into 12 pieces. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
