Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 180 g margarine
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 ½ cup(s) sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. clove powder
  • 2 tsp cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 150 g natural yogurt
  • 2 ½ cups flour
  • 1 bottle of rum flavoring

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Beat the margarine with eggs and sugar until fluffy. Stir in the spices, cocoa, baking soda, and yogurt. Add the flour and rum flavoring and mix until smooth. Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan and bake at 180°C for about 45 minutes.
