Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 125 g butter
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • 1 garlic clove(s) or 2, pressed
  • Salt
  • Parsley, finely chopped
  • Basil, cut into fine strips

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

with parsley, basil and garlic

Mix the softened butter with the egg yolk and mustard. Stir in the garlic, parsley, and basil and season with salt. Refrigerate.
