Yogurt cake with plums

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g butter
  • 250 g sugar
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 4 eggs
  • 400 g flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 150 g yogurt
  • 50 ml milk
  • 50 g breadcrumbs
  • 1 kg plum(s)
  • Grease for the tray
  • Flour for the baking sheet
  • 60 g butter
  • 60 g sugar
  • 75 g flour

Wash the plums, halve them, and remove the stones. Preheat the oven to 180°C (top/bottom heat). Cream the butter, sugar, and salt until light and fluffy. Gradually add the eggs to the batter. Mix the flour with the baking powder and stir into the batter. Gradually add the yogurt and milk to the batter. Once everything is mixed, grease a baking tray and dust with flour, then spread the batter on it. Spread breadcrumbs over the batter and place the plums on top. Briefly mix the butter, sugar, and flour together and sprinkle over the cake. Bake on the middle rack of a hot oven for at least 40 minutes.
