Yogurt – chocolate – cake

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g butter
  • 250 g sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 6 bars of chocolate (melted)
  • ½ liter natural yogurt (3.5%)
  • 400 g flour
  • 50 g nuts or almonds (ground)
  • 1 tbsp rum
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 1 pinch of salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Separate the eggs. Cream the butter, sugar, and egg yolks until fluffy, then add the melted chocolate and rum. Combine the flour and baking powder. Beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt until stiff peaks form. Then alternately stir the flour mixture, nuts, and yogurt into the egg yolk mixture, and finally fold in the beaten egg whites. Pour into a greased and floured 26cm springform pan and bake on the middle rack at 180°C (350°F) for approximately 45-60 minutes.
