Spread the love

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 300 ml milk
  • 600 g cream
  • 600 g natural yogurt, mild
  • 250 g quark (cream or low-fat quark)
  • 100 g raisins
  • 100 g sugar
  • 250 g oat flakes, wholegrain
  • 100 g walnuts, chopped
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 1 pack of cream stiffener
  • Fruit, 5 varieties such as oranges, kiwi, banana, apple, mango
  • orange juice
  • lemon juice

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

with fruit salad

Combine all dairy products and sugar—except the vanilla sugar and 100g of cream—in a large bowl and mix. Add the oats, raisins, and chopped walnuts and stir in. Whisk the remaining 100g of cream with the vanilla sugar and cream stiffener until stiff and carefully fold in. Refrigerate overnight. Done! It’s ready to serve immediately after preparation, although it will still be a bit runny. The muesli can steep better overnight. I whip the 100g of cream until stiff because otherwise the muesli would be too runny for me. This portion can easily be kept in the refrigerator for 2-3 days in a tightly sealed container. For the fruit salad, chop various fruits into small pieces. Sprinkle the chopped fruit with lemon and a little orange juice. This way, neither the apples nor the bananas turn brown, and the fruit salad will stay fresh and appetizing for at least 2 days in a tightly sealed container in the refrigerator.
