Yogurt cream with peaches

Ingredients for 5 servings:

  • 1,000 g natural yogurt (1.5% fat)
  • 600 g whipped cream
  • 3 packs of cream stiffener
  • 4 tbsp vanilla sugar
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 gr. can/n peach(s), halved

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

great dessert for any party

Pour the yogurt into a bowl. Whip the cream with the cream stiffener and vanilla sugar until stiff (slicable). Fold the whipped cream into the yogurt. Cut the peaches into small pieces and mix them into the yogurt cream. Tip: I like to refrigerate the cream for 30 minutes before serving. You can also eat it straight away. I make my own vanilla sugar. This way, the flavor is more intense, the sugar is cheaper, and it’s so easy to make…
